To feature your cat's Memorial for one month on the home page of our Web site as well as providing a permanent place for your cat on the Memorials and Contributions page, please email a clear scanned (at 300 dpi or higher) photo of your cat in gif or jpeg format as well as your cat's name, date of birth (if known) and date of death to: felinecrf-memorials@comcast.net. The next available opening for a Memorial of the Month is September, 2009. The month of November, 2009 has been reserved.

• Memorials are placed on the page in no particular order. As each new Memorial is received, the page is redesigned to preserve a symmetrical presentation.
• Patron Memorial photographs are featured (one per month) on the front page of the site based on the order in which they are received.
• We shall alter photographic images (crop, resize, retouch, enhance) as needed to maintain the standard of the Memorials page.
• If your submitted photograph contains other subjects beside your memorialized cat, the other subjects will be cropped from the picture before it is published.
• The quality of the online image is limited by the quality of the original photograph. We cannot materially improve on the original. We make an effort to improve photos that are overexposed or that have red eye. In some cases, the photos may be of such poor quality that nothing can be done to enhance them. If you prefer NOT to have your photos improved, we would appreciate it if you would let us know when you submit your Memorial.
• Your cat’s Memorial will appear on the Memorials page as soon as possible after your photo, dates and payment are received. This could take from one to five days. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your cat’s Memorial is online.
• Your cat’s Memorial will remain online for the life of the Feline CRF Information Center Web site. Thus far, the site has been online for more than twelve years. We have no intention of removing it in the foreseeable future.
• Be aware that a photograph on the Internet is free to whomever wishes to download it. The Feline CRF Information Center cannot prevent material published on the Memorials and Contributions page from being copied.

• By submitting material to The Feline CRF Information Center's Gallery you are agreeing to grant The Feline CRF Information Center (in the person of its officers) a perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide license to modify, display, distribute, reproduce or sublicense the material for whatever purpose is deemed fit by The Feline CRF Information Center. The license thus granted applies to all media and variations of media as they currently exist or as new media and variations of media are developed.
• Submission of material will be construed to be an assertion that the submitter of said material owns the rights to the material and is legally competent to transfer the rights as outlined above.
• We reserve the right not to display any photograph which we feel may be inappropriate or offensive to the general public.
