Sometimes things don't work as they should. We have had the Web site online for more than nine years and each year we hear from a handful of visitors who are having trouble printing pages from the site.

There are two problems that have been reported repeatedly. Here's their descriptions and a workaround for each:

1. The right side of the site page's content is cut off when printing a hardcopy
